Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Protocol Pro subscriptions.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. Where local law or our payment processor's buyer policy gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
Trials
Protocol Pro may include a trial period where available.
If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund is needed.
If you are charged during a trial because of a billing error, you may request a full refund.
First paid subscription charge
If you are charged for your first paid Protocol Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of that first charge.
This applies whether you subscribed directly or after a trial period.
If a refund is approved, your Protocol Pro access will end and your account will return to the Free plan. Your routines and training data are not deleted.
Renewal charges
Monthly renewal payments are generally non-refundable after the renewal charge, except where required by law, where there has been a billing error or duplicate charge, or where a technical issue prevents access to paid features and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time.
Annual renewal refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of the renewal charge.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. It does not automatically refund past charges.
Billing errors and access issues
You may request a refund if:
- you were charged twice for the same subscription period,
- you were charged during a trial because of a billing error,
- you cannot access paid Protocol Pro features and we cannot resolve the issue in a reasonable time,
- applicable law requires a refund.
Processing refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment processor.
Processing times may vary by payment method, payment processor, bank, and region.
Refund abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, violation of our terms, or manipulative behavior.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, use the support link in your payment receipt, manage your subscription from your account billing page, or contact us with your account email, order details, and reason for the request.
