Beta service terms
These terms describe how Protocol can be used during beta.
By using Protocol, you agree to use the service responsibly and within these terms.
Not medical advice
Protocol is a training software tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for your own training decisions, health decisions, and safety practices.
Acceptable use
You may use Protocol for lawful training, planning, and account/support purposes.
You may not use Protocol to:
- abuse, disrupt, or overload public endpoints,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
- scrape or automate harmful traffic against the service,
- use the product in ways that violate applicable law.
Accounts and access
Account creation is optional for core use, but some account-linked features require sign-in.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Data and backups
Protocol is local-first by default and supports export/restore.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups when needed. During beta, no uninterrupted availability or zero-loss guarantee is offered.
Service availability
Protocol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta.
Features, behavior, and availability may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Protocol and its operators are not liable for:
- injuries or losses related to training activity,
- indirect or consequential damages,
- data loss or interruption related to beta usage.
