Coach layer moves to waitlist validation
Before building a large coach console, Protocol will gauge demand through a focused waitlist and direct coach conversations.
The coach layer should not become a second product before there is enough signal. The immediate job is to understand whether coaches value routine assignment, client adherence visibility, and less spreadsheet maintenance.
The waitlist page is therefore a research surface. It collects the current tools coaches use, the number of clients they manage, and the workflows that feel painful enough to pay for.
